Extended Rear Facing

What is Extended Rear Facing (ERF)?
ERF means keeping your child rear-facing in their car seat past the minimum one year/20 pound requirement.

Why ERF?
Because it is the safest way for you child to travel until they reach the maximum height or weight limits on their car seat.

Our "little" man is quickly outgrowing his bucket seat. We researched car seats with the highest height and weight limits to keep our little one safe and rear-facing as long as possible (hopefully to two years). We went with the Graco My Ride 65 which has a RF weight limit of 40 pounds and a FF limit of 65. Hopefully he doesn't outgrow it on height (49") too soon. So, here is his comfy new ride. We also purchased a matching one for Tom's Jeep. Safe baby = happy baby!
